In Switzerland, dental care pricing follows the recommendations of the Swiss Dental Association (SSO). These guidelines ensure fair and transparent pricing, based on the type of treatment, its complexity, and the materials used.

The official tariff includes more than 500 different services, each associated with a number of points (see catalog below). The final cost of treatment is calculated by multiplying these points by the point value applied by the practice. This system ensures clear and consistent pricing while taking into account the time and precision required for each treatment.

In a commitment to accessibility and fairness, our practice applies a point value of 1, as established by the State, and has chosen not to increase this rate. This approach aims to provide optimal and more accessible care for all our patients.

Example of Pricing

To illustrate, consider an orthodontic consultation priced at 104.60 (according to the SSO catalog). The same fee of CHF 104.60 will therefore be charged to the patient:

104.60 points × 1.0 = CHF 104.60

This structure also contributes to optimal coverage and reimbursement by supplementary insurance providers.

Transparency Before Treatment

Before any treatment begins, our practice places particular importance on information and transparency. Each case is subject to thorough documentation, following which a clear and detailed treatment plan, along with a personalized estimate, is systematically prepared and presented to the patient.

Please find below the indicative price ranges for our most common treatments. 

* Child Orthodontics 2,500 – 4,000 CHF
* Child Orthodontics (Invisalign) 3,000 – 4,500 CHF
* Teen Orthodontics (Braces or Invisalign) 4,500 – 8,500 CHF
* Adult Orthodontics (Braces or Invisalign) 3,500 – 8,800 CHF
* Retainers 250 – 550 CHF

These flat-rate fees include all steps of your care:

* Initial assessment:Full diagnostic records and treatment planning.
* Active treatment:All appointments and the price of the appliances needed to align the teeth.
* Dual-arch retention:Final stabilizers for both upper and lower arches to maintain results.

Because oral health should not be a financial barrier, we offer financing solutions tailored to your budget. 

Installment payments: You have the option to spread the cost of your treatment over a period of 12 to 24 months, depending on the extent of care required.
